Hilton Petroleum Ltd - Hilton closes financing; acquires 100,000 Berkley shares Hilton Petroleum Ltd HTP Shares issued 18,382,792 1999-07-14 close $3.09 Thursday Jul 15 1999 Mr. Donald Busby reports The company has completed a second and final closing on its previously announced financings and has issued 37,500 common shares and share purchase warrants. The company has completed its property transactions with Trimark Oil & Gas Ltd. and has received $1.35-million (U.S.) and 1.16 million common shares of Trimark, representing an ownership interest of 10.09 per cent. The shares were purchased for investment purposes. No person acts jointly or in concert with the company in connection with this acquisition of Trimark shares. The company also proposes to acquire with its unallocated working capital, up to 100,000 common shares of Berkley Petroleum Corp., a public oil and gas company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
