Thanks for the clarification. Understood debentures but appreciate the refresher and I am sure the lurkers do also. I know they have contacted me before to thank the thread or myself for posting this type of info. I am glad to know the status even if it reveals that the process has not been fully resolved. I know Tom is busting his ass to cure this problem. I just was expecting an update and that was it! Thanks again, and to Tom also. I have tried not to bug him lately so he can concentrate on the business. Quick updates like this are gold to me. Still long and strong. The Canucks can eat my shorts!!! GO (up) ECNC!!! :-]

Hi Ranger, If I could make a suggestion. I take it that you are on the company payroll. Meaning that you work for me and everyone else on this thread. So what I am suggesting is that you don't and I mean DON'T even use the word/s BUY, ACCUMULATE, ect. It sets off red flags as far as I am concerned. I know your intentions are good and your trying to keep up the spirit but I'm sitting on several thousands of share in a company that did the same thing. They haven't traded since 97. Please keep it informative but PLEASE DON'T USE THE WORDS, BUY, ACCUMULATE, or anything that infers it. If you are a company rep. you could really put us in a precarious situation. Just inform us. SI is viewed buy more folks then we would all like to think. It gets press. Many folks make their decissions based on what they read here, unfortunatly, and therefore you have to be very careful in what you post as a company rep. Later, Ron
