Here is the news.

THERE IS NO NEGATIVE NEWS COMING OUT OF THE COMPANY.

Murphy did recommend a sell in his portfolio on the hotline last night. If MRRuddy (on the Yahoo board) is right, and Murphy sold ISV out of his mutual funds, it could absolutely account for the volume. Remember, he recommended a buy after the annual meeting. His basis in his mutual funds may well be at $1.00 or less which would provide for a huge gain. And he cannot afford to lose that since he's been slaughtered in the press lately.

This is not the preferred shareholder selling. The shareholder disposed of 100K shares earlier this year and has a conversion notice in on the remaining 220. The company has spoken to him and he
IS NOT SELLING. He intends to convert the shares from preferred to common and hold.

There will be no more outstanding shares left. Yippee.

There will be an announcement of the analyst report "soon". Sounded like any day, but that is me talking, not Sandi.

I asked about the possible second analyst report and she said they are working with the analyst but there is nothing definitive to report yet.

The 900 negotiations are going very well she said. Emphasis on the VERY.

The news releases show them clearly strengthening their proprietary postion in the field. Clearly a big benefit in the negotiations.

No reason to sell, and here's your last chance to buy.

Hope this helps.
