IDTC shares OS 36M. NTOP shares OS 46M IDTC ownership of NTOP shares at 60% after IPO = .6 X 46 = 27.6M shares Jonas and family own about 23M IDTC shares which on a 2 for 3 basis would give them about 15M NTOP shares. That is 15M divided by a total of 46M = 32.6% NTOP
