The trading is looking quite good with some healthy volume coming out. I imagine many of the sellers are those who bought in the 70's and are now flipping out. If the volume stays healthy and we continue to trade aggressively like today, we could be in business.

I would personally like to see a couple days of consolidation at these levels as it would firm up the stock and provide a nice base for the upcoming price increase. I also think 90 cents will be a pretty large resistance level.

MAke sense with 0.67 in cash per share.

At current price though, there investment in Medsite is value at $6M (US$4M).

Keith, do you know more than what has been published about this $1 M convertible note. It must have some parameters base on which we can estimate potential... EG.. (min-max coversion rate, min-max % of total shares outstanding .. things like that.)
