More sellers then buyers. With the rates going down, I would be a seller. I will be a buyer when I can get 8%. Not because that is great, but because of personal capital and retirement pay starting 2001. Hope to improve personal capital to the point that a lower interest rate is acceptable.

I am not sure because I was not listening very closely, but I believe CNBC reported something to the effect that some kind of change or indication, etc come out of Europe this morning for a change in rate someplace over there. Again, no details, but it was something overseas that spooked the bond market here.
