want to see something special go to freedgar and check out the filing for the 6 % notes they sold witha a conversion strike price above 23.50...i think it was for 175 million dollars... think they are looking to get the 6 % or the conversion? with earnings coming this should be 24 soon

Hi Dan, Cocky, cocky, cocky. I will not concede, but I am close. Lobster's are a bit pricey right now $5.25 a pound so I'm waiting for the summer lull. As promised being a man of my word you will get them. I just want to make sure they will be fresh as possible so will be inquiring as to the best way to pack and ship them. This is very tricky and a bit complicated but, I'm on it :-). They can live three days if refridgerated, but I won't take that chance. I'll need your home address. You can e'mail it privately if you wish. August 31st isn't here yet by my calendar, but it is rapidly approaching. Do you have any short term price targets? I want to cash in before September so I can cover my Lobster losses and have a profit for myself and my kids which bought CY at 15 3/4 in September of 1997. Take care, Al
