Richard, Far more dangerous to the bull market, in my opinion, is the possibility that our politicians, in their efforts to get elected, will have their hands in the cookie jar, running up the deficit again.

Remember that this year is the third of the Presidental Cycle with a median S & P increase of 23.4 and the year 2000, the forth year of the Presidental cycle, has a 16.4% return. Politican want to get relected. IMO, they will do anything to prime the pump.

I agree with you likely senario.
