He doesn't approve of CKFR charging banks for its service, calling it a disincentive for them to hire CKFR. So, if CKFR PAID the banks maybe he'd upgrade the stock. A "buy" rating on a company with negative revenues -- that would be about his style.

i have an idea, the post office stops charging for stamps and we let them put ads on every envelope!

And on the seventh day the Lord rested, after he laughed out loud at Gary Craft. He hath ascended the mountains in his own mind and has seen that they are blank, void of direction and absolutely clueless, biased and covered with conflict. In other words, he has seen what the rest of the street has understood for years.
