Fred Novick Joins Objective Communications as Vice President of Engineering

PORTSMOUTH, N.H., Jul 13, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) -- ObjectiveCommunications(R), Inc.(Nasdaq SmallCap Market: OCOM & OCOMU), announced today the appointment of Fred C. Novick as
Vice President of Engineering.

Novick brings to Objective Communications more than twenty-five years of experience designing and developing complex telecommunications products, systems, and platforms. His experience includes extensive R&D management, and executive management roles at Nortel/BNR, Siemens, DSC, and Wavtrace, directing the development and delivery of large-scale products into a wide variety of broadband, wireless, domestic, and international telecommunications environments.

Novick has a proven track record developing leading-edge technology and products. At Objective Communications, Fred has responsibility for the Company's systems engineering and product design and development activities and is a member of the Company's executive team, reporting directly to Jim F. Bunker, President andCEO.

TA Quickie on STRX .... looks like a bottom on Weekly... 60 min shows weakness suggesting that we revisit the low or spend a bit more time down here.... TA generally neutral (meaning nothing to indicate one way or the other) I prefer a stronger TA signal....

It appears Kaufman Brothers out of NY are introducing it to the industrial sector and are Market makers in it.

Just going to wait and see.
