Mike,
This is my view. $26.38 was based on the DCLK per share price at the time of announcement (about 28% of $94.00). As DCLK price changes, NETG will remain at about 28% of DCLK, less 5-10%. That gap will tighten as the market's level of confidence that the deal will actually close increases. I feel confident and I believe DCLK is a good stock to own at this point, so I'll hang on and pull for DCLK now. But I'm still not happy with the ratio of swapping 100 NETG shares for only 28 DCLK.
