From the press release - "A wholly owned subsidiary of Compuware will offer to purchase any and all outstanding shares of Viasoft's common stock for $9 per share. The transaction has been approved by the Boards of Directors of both Viasoft and Compuware."

My Websoftware Mutual Fund (I'm not sure how long I'll hold but I like it so far). ALLR..WEBT (do I seem to be touting WEBT and ALLR?.. I hope not, do your own DD)Anyhow while talking with the guy at ALLR yesterday after downloading the software I mentioned WEBT.. as another I liked. He said 'he'd look into the stock today'.. I hope he did. Now I have little bits of INTU, ALLR, WEBT, VIGN (all competing with ALLR but enough to go around)(MACR, EFII (picked up near the low, no buy trigger), MCRE (careful about that one), and ADBE (just a little of each) but its my own 'websoftware mutual fund'.. and I'm still looking to add some more.
