Why doesn't he provide guidance that he knows he can beat? Microsoft does it quarter after quarter. It is not a coincidence. never understood why I didn't think Hastings was a great law school (or even a good one). Now I know... Oh, and did I mention that MSFT is under investigation by the SEC for something simular to what your suggesting. Plesae note that I know, "everybody does it", but if it could be proved then even someone from the University of Nebraska like yourself would have a hard time defending the case. :) Duke
