Florida Police Chiefs and Tracker Announce Implementation of Statewide
Operation Bicycle Identification Partnership

TORONTO, July 15 /PRNewswire/ -- The Tracker Corporation of America
(OTC Bulletin Board: TRKR) announced today that it has entered into a
statewide partnership with Florida Police Chiefs Education and Research
Foundation. Under the partnership, Tracker will install Tracker(TM) Systems
in up to 1,000 Florida police departments and schools and train personnel in
Operation Bicycle Identification. Tracker will open an office in Tampa,
Florida to train personnel and coordinate the implementation of the program.
Florida Police Chiefs Foundation will designate a member to sit on Tracker's
Board of Directors.
The Tracker(TM) System is an advanced, personal property identification
and recovery system based on proprietary technology developed by Tracker and
bar-code data capture and laser scanning technology developed by Tracker's
global alliance partner, Symbol Technologies. Symbol is a world leader in
mobile data management systems with innovative customer solutions based on
wireless local area networking for voice and data, application-specific mobile
computing and bar-code data capture.
Bruce Lewis, CEO of Tracker, stated, "Our partnership with the Florida
Police Chiefs Foundation will enable Tracker to reach more than two million
bicycles in the state and offer law enforcement officials a solution to a very
burdensome problem. We expect Operation Bicycle Identification will generate

INTM showing a lot of strength, at the high for the day right now. Picked up some NTVN when it moved under 11. Great volume today. Should both be gappers tomorrow. Also buying MORE MMIC ... .11 too good to pass up.
