>>nobody knows FOR SURE whether or not shares would be distributed<<

No nobody knows for sure that the sun will rise tomorrow either. But there is an awful lot of evidence to suggest it will.

Nor does anyone know for sure that IDTC will not open at 50 tomorrow.

But the chances are the same as finding a needle in a haystack.

And those are roughly the chances of IDTC shareholders getting NTOP shares. IMO.

Just seems like idle speculation on a far fetched notion. There is absolutely nothing anywhere to suggest we'd get shares. To discuss this to pass the time is understandable, but I for one see no reason to even entertain this notion for a second.

I have also been entertaining the notion that IDTC will still sell off after the IPO even without the run up we all expected. We expected to get shares... wrong. We expected a big run up... wrong again. We all see this as being worth 30 or more soon..... it is worth that now, but it is trading at or below 23. I am getting fed up with this one and will likely cut it loose soon. With no run up, the IPO scares the hell out of me. My patience is at an end.

<<so, i think the debate is healthy, not at all a deceptive attempt.>>

Thats the last thing in the world I would think of you Vinh. I guess I hope but doubt we will get any. I say this only to resign myself to that mode of thinking so I wont be disappointed.
