I regard the 7% fee for 2ndary issuance as extortion the fixed 7% represents permitted collusion try to find anyone to do it for less reminds me of real estate brokers, now forced down to 5-6% pretty steep charge for scouring up buyers of a sure fire winner, or lining up index funds for mandatory purchase still advancing and backfilling, strong foundation upleg number one MIGHT be done??? shorterm moving averages are converging THIS GORILLA DANCES ON THREE LEGS / seamus
