Just thinking and trying to see this product strategy maybe put another way. The CRM portal brings telephony/CTI/call center capabilities to the corporate server and IP network. All the other products out there bring CTI capability to the telephony system. Yes, lots of talk out their about merging telephony into IP networks for the customer premise, but it will happen first in the call center then expand out. I see their strategy over long term being very threatening to LU and NT premise business. If they execute well, just imagine getting just 10% of NT and LU base. Holy cow!!!
