I am also worried about the case, and the fact that the Jury is asking to have testimony from the Bristol witness read back to them makes me just plain nervous.

Tell me about. Any sane jury should rule in MSFT's favor because Bristol rejected a contract their competitor gladly signed, but juries are often anything but sane. Witness the GM case and the O.J. Simpson case.
