JT, availability of shorts seems pretty good. I haven't found shorts for new IPOs, but that is normal. Yesterday, for instance, CyberCorp had shorts for VPHM. I was surprised because it was a smaller, very volatile stock.

The process is a little unique (but good):
1. Enter stock symbol
2. Move mouse over "Short" button on interface. Yellow message displays indicating number of shares available for shorting for that stock. This might be, "5000 Max" or "No shares available". The response time for this is very quick.
3. To execute, enter data like a regular order and click the "Short" button.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Dan.
