SOON, ALL WILL BE BUYING IT, OR WISH THEY DID! I have said this before, and everytime I did, I was correct! If any of you follow AQCI, you will know this. I am not here for my own benefit, I just want to see all of us do well. Let's take a look at Kensington for a minute. They made a press release back in may, stating that they increased net income 497% over the year before. biz.yahoo.com/prnews/990506/mn_kensing_1.html When I saw this press release, I immediately started to look into this company! I asked myself what the value in making computer furniture was, and what substance it would have. To be honest, I did not see anything spectacular, until I read the 10ksb they filed. This is what impressed me the most! biz.yahoo.com/e/l/k/knsc.html I read the "Equity Acquisition Program" they had, and I started to see where the company was going. If I see a company that turns 497% in one year, be it from $1.00 to $497, I am impressed with the management! That is why I took the chance with this company. Look what they have done now. They own 36% of Mailcall.net. biz.yahoo.com/prnews/990707/mn_kensing_1.html They also have the right to purchase up to 51% of the company! One week later, GTE announces that they will be offering Mailcall to all of their clients! biz.yahoo.com/bw/990715/tx_gte_int_1.html This, in my opinion, was a move that only a very well run company is capable of doing! Now what does this bring to the shareholders of KNSC? 51% of the revenues of Mailcall! 20 cents a minute and a five dollar a year service charge. I also noticed that Mailcall is offered on these other websites, that are owned by some very big companies www.idt.net www.newshound.com Take all of this, and figure out how many people will subscribe to mailcall. If only 100,000 people sign up, and use mailcall for 5 minutes a day, the company will have earned 24 million dollars! Now that is not including the $5 service charge. Now we have another 6 million dollars! So the total would be 30 million dollars of gross income to mailcall! Kensington will own 50% of mailcall, so their gross would be 15 million dollars! Do the math. $15,000,000.00 DIVIDED BY 3.6 MILLION SHARES= $4.16 BOOK VALUE! Go look at all of the internet related stocks and see how many times the book value they are trading! Now do you see the point! I know 100,000 subscribers may seem a bit much, but the year is not over, and I see plenty more things coming. Other companies offer a similiar service, but they can not match Mailcall. That is why GTE is all over it! I also like the fact that KNSC did not try to play up the GTE press release and capitalize on it. That tells me that they are not a bunch of desperados looking to cash in on fluffed up press releases! This is a class act! "People, it is all there"
