Announced an Agreement to Purchase KPSP-TV

PALM SPRINGS, Calif., Jul 15,1999 (ENTERTAINMENT WIRE via COMTEX) --
Triangle Broadcasting Company Inc. (OTCBB:GAAY) and Palm Springs
Television Studios Executive Vice President, Dick Weiner announced an
agreement in principle has been reached to purchase KPSP-TV Palm
Springs, Calif. from JB Broadcasting subject to FCC approval.

Weiner said, "We are very excited about the prospect of having a
flagship station here in Palm Springs which is currently broadcasting
throughout the Coachella Valley on the Time Warner and Media One cable
systems." This station will be the origination point for the broadcasts
of AuctionsTelevision and BingoTelevision and it will continue to
provide the market with Bloomberg Television financial news.

KPSP-TV will be the home of Palm Springs Television Production Center
which is a commercial and program production house. This Production
Center will serve advertisers and outside producers wanting to tape in
the Palm Springs area in state of the art facilities. Towards that end
Palm Springs Television Studios Production Center will have the latest
in technology for all formats ofpost-production edit suites.

Dick Weiner concluded, "Palm Springs is an ideal year round television
shooting paradise. Palm Springs Television Production Center will have
full remote capabilities making it possible for producers and
advertisers alike to take full advantage of capturing this unique
environment on tape."
