What makes you think they haven't? You speak as if you have evidence to support the lack of an agreement in regards to Intel\Awre, how is it you are leaning to that as fact?

The only reason I think INTC hasn't licensed AWRE's technology is because there is no press release to indicate as much. Also, we know AWRE's big 4 customers to date have been LU/ADI/SIEMENS/COMS, but not INTC.

So, it's not a fact, just a guess based on no announcement of a deal.
There is no press release from Kellogg's announcing a licensing deal with AWRE, but that doesn't mean one doesn't exist! "Eat your Frosted Flakes over 20 times faster than existing techniques!"
