That's called an eternal truth, mod. Run that through your superior analytical ability and see if it registers as a valid abstraction relevant to any stock in the market.

Unless you're anticipating a $27/share dividend followed by cancellation of the common stock, I would have to say MB's statement is a truism. The fact that you read something into it that wasn't there says a lot, I think.
