Yes, of course it would be post IPO. And I believe provisions would need to be made pre IPO to do so. It is hard to imagine Jonas giving NTOP shares to IDTC shareholders should NTOP be trading at 20, 30 or 40. Much more likely IDTC will hold onto the shares and add to the value of the IDTC empire for an eventual sell out when the market gives IDTC a more reasonable valuation.
