This is an excellent sign that bank regulators are being vigilant in overseeing banks that are not Y2K ready. This is the exception (the bank that is really poorly managed) that proves the rule (that the vast majority of financial institutions are well-prepared for Y2K). I find this news a relief, as a confirmation that the regulators are on the ball and not afraid to take real action.

Huge Military y2k test only involves four percent of total logistics systems.

(But then some of us knew that because we bothered to dig a little deeper before we got all excited, eh?)
