Hmmm, that didn't make too much sense, did it? What I meant to ask was:

Does the Transfer Agent keep track of the restricted stock? Or is that administered by the company itself? Or is it left to the person holding the restricted stock?

Who is supposed to know how much stock is restricted and is this information available to the public?
