Closer. From TWX earnings press release today.
''This is such a solid company with a great balance sheet, a lot of financial flexibility and the ability to benefit from every major trend in the industry, be it DVD, video
on demand or the digital downloading of music on the Internet,'' observed Merrill Lynch analyst Jessica Reif Cohen.

Ken, with SFA, GIC and SEAC strong I absolutely would not bet against CCUR. In fact, I would guess that in the next few days we will break out over $7.

Despite my normal fundamantal bias (which leads me to avoid "concept" stocks), I am the champion of the Internet overvaluation theory on VOD stocks. So long as no one can pin down exactly what VOD means for each company, and there is major league VOD excitement, all stocks that are perceived as being credible players can go to the moon -- just like the Internet stocks.

In my opinion, CCUR is now perceived as a credible player.
