receivables extended from 4x days to 6x days. $46.6M revenue from Divi!!!!!!!!!!!! Great Divi gross margins. Strengthened its #1 market share position. Deployments on 6 continents. More awards this year than last.

Future based on 2 directions:
1) point to multipoint networks (DBS, etc.)
2) 2-way cable systems.

International biz continues to expand. Rapid increase in interactive biz -- Media One and TWC. Cable and Telco customers.
