Thanks, Ed. I still don't know whether my "all or none" buy order at got filled or not...it's certainly not showing up on the trades...this is ridiculous.

Ed, I am quite certain that these types of "crosses", which take place after the market is officially closed, must happen at the "official close price" and not the bid or ask.

You're right, it is a daily occurrence. Look at NT, TD, BCE, and TIP for just a few examples today. You will be able to find these types of trades on many large volume high priced stocks on almost any day of the week.
