Wonder why FNTT waited so long to release financial statements?

Mr. Bewley's audit is dated May 21. They waited until last week to announce their results.

HUH??? Is there any further explanation of this? Cede--the one I know--is a subsidiary of the DTC. Probably we're talking about something else entirely, but still...the auditors seem to be rather inexperienced.

Clarification?
