Don't worry Linda,

TWE closed higher than it opened today (a good sign that market professionals are more bullish than amateurs). Gap open up notwithstanding, look for a drop tomorrow morning around 10:30-11:00. Maybe a little earlier, but probably not later. Just a quick shakeout, but if you put your buy limit in at a good price based on the open, you will probably get your play. IMO, for $26 a share TWE is priced most excellent.

I believe coverage is due on the 18th of this month. If that is indeed true and you have Level II watch for the underwriters selling into the strength. This just happened with ZANY, as DLJ did just that, and really fouled a nice run. If you see this beware...it will signal a distribution phase. Expect a draw down in price to follow.

I'm probably wrong here on everything...but best of luck anyway!

Regards,

John Madarasz

IMO TWE is still a very good buy all the way to 30... then we'll let the technicals take over...
