million, up from $1.6 million. Net loss fell 20% to $3.7
million. Revenues reflect growth in license revenues. Net loss

F5 Networks is a provider of integrated Internet traffic
management solutions designed to improve the availability
and performance of mission-critical Internet-based servers
and applications. For the six months ended 3/31/99 revenues
totalled $6.5 million, up from $1.8 million. Net loss totalled
$5.2 million, up from $1 million. Revenues reflect an
increase in products sold and an increase in the installed base.
