I just read the story on the jury asking to have testimony read out from Bristol's economic witness. How doe that make it neutral to positive for MSFt. I agree. That part of it doesn't sound good, since what they wanted to hear was the testimony of Bristol's expert. What I considered at least neutral for Microsoft is that they are being properly deliberative which suggests to me that they're not going about it from an emotional standpoint. If Microsoft presented a good case, a careful jury would recognize it.
