Mason is right tho. Coffee isn't going to disappear from the NW here, where it started ~ you might as well try to pull the weeds. A "chain" I do like (and who hires one of my great artists) is Coffee People Immediate Care Centers. They're cool.

There is something about coffee and this climate. Try surviving without it. Maybe it's because it's a stimulating indoor sport here in hell.

I've actually considered investing in Starbucks though, which we hate, (but they hire Dash for some of their interiors, so that's something) ~ their coffee isn't that good (expert opinion; believe me) ~ but you can never underestimate the stupidity of the chain fad mentality.

I forgot I never tole you guys about doing the Starbucks in Eugene and the Taco Del Mar in Portland. The Del Mar was the most fun I've had in years. Unbelievable, even by my standards, what happened there. I mean, those little things, but Dash and I are still laughing about them. Just can't tell em quickly. Should have done it when it happened. Almost forgot, too, which is a drag. Actually, I spose they're not that funny to most people, but, you know. Subtle warps in the fabric of space out.

BTW, that level of construction, corporate, is one of THE places to meet girls you want to meet. Sexy. Smart. Capable. Talented. Ooh la la. I can't understand some of the male attitude of wanting women to "not be capable." Dorks.

One of the subtrades there is stainless installation; Dash and I figured out that with bonus, travel and OT, a guy at Eugene (who was happy to tell us) was making over two hundred thousand this year. Might get as high as 250K. In a year, kiddies.

Think of that shit.

And he weren't working very hard. Trust me. And he kept getting me to cut holes for him.

What the hell did you go to school for?

Sure, welding stainless is a skill, but I bet I could learn, if he did. It's not like some of the guys I used to work with who were certified underwater.
