Greetings Hatim, Congrats on winning the award last night in Toronto. I would say you are having quite a good summer indeed. You are certainly creating share holder value for us investors as you had promised to do. I would like to ask you if you could possibly enlighten us on the details of how you came to an issue price of $7.65 for the warrants in the PP? What date was this price finalized on and what factors were involved in reaching this decision? I feel this would be a good educational experience to understand how this worked. The TSE stipulation is very interesting as well. Could you possibly talk about that also? Thanks. The market reaction today was very positive, good volume and price up almost 5%. Cheers!!!
