Didn't that fill last time we went down from 109 to 59?

The gap from 74 or so to 80 or so in early June has not filled - and will not IMHO. Not ALL gaps fill. I am not saying this one won't, but not ALL gaps fill. But, from looking at the chart, I would say this gap has a good chance of being left on the table.
