Colleen I really have no heads up on the NASD filing. But I think it is just good timing in conjunction with announcement of the contract and purchase order. All I know is you have got to take the first step before you can start and it would appear to me the EVDS has just taken TWO big ones.

What ever happen to fully reporting status and the filing of the 10SB?

Separately, it was announced that the Company's auditors will have completed the certification of the last two years financials by July 20, 1999. At that time they will be turned over to legal council for inclusion in the Form 10 filing. The Company's attorney indicates that the filing will occur well in advance of an upcoming NASD deadline.
