I think Drugstore has had several different promotions in the past. I recall that they were giving out first aid kits for a while. There also was free shipping for prescription drug--maybe there still is. I think the success or failure of these companies will depend more on their deals (like with PCS/Rite Aid or Soma's with CVS) and alliances and prices and customer service (should be good at all sites) than on their sporadic promotions to customers on their websites.
