Thoughts on how big this news is.

The important thing to me is -- what is the market cap. of CTII, and how much could one reasonably "impute" into the value of the company from today's news ?

When Entremed first came out with their BIG news (actually, the second time they came out with the news -- the first time it was reported on CNN, so everyone ignored it; the second time it was in the New York Times, so the stock immediately went from around $15 to $80 or so), I took a look at it (ENMD), saw that the market cap. had run up to around $600 million, and thought : " I think a potential cure for cancer is certainly worth $600 million."

Now, with CTII, all one has to hope for is that any piece of news causes people to think that the discovery is potentially worth $25 million (today's closing total value of (the whole company) CTII).
