Pacific Exchange to Trade 2001 and 2002 Leaps(R) on Wave Systems Corp.
SAN FRANCISCO, July 15 /PRNewswire/ -- The Pacific Exchange (PCX) has announced that on Monday, July 19, 1999, it will begin trading 2001 and 2002 LEAPS® on Wave Systems Corp. (Nasdaq: WAVX; PCX: AXU; 2001 LEAPS® symbol: ZKW; 2002 LEAPS® symbol: WEO).

Strike prices will be set at 15, 17 1/2, and 20, and the respective LEAPS® will expire in January 2001 and January 2002. The LEAPS® have been allocated to lead market makers Michael Cooney, Jonathan Donahue, and Charles Ziegler of Cooney, Donahue, Ziegler.
