Anecdotal Celebrex. Having read the many posts on the benefits of Celebrex over the NSAID's, I now have first-hand experience due to an injury that caused tendonitis. First, I was prescribed Daypro. Although it cut the inflammation, the side effects of the "cure" on my stomach were almost as bad as the original pain. A week later, I asked for a Cox-2 and my doctor was about to prescribe Vioxx but being a loyal shareholder I asked for Celebrex. So far so good. By the way, the difference in price was about a dollar, Celebrex being more expensive. Of course, the Cox-2's are a bit more than twice the price of the Daypro. Curiously, I was prescribed 200 mg.--one pill per day. My recollection is that Celebrex was supposed to be dosed twice a day.

I've done my bit for the company, so why does the stock price languish?
