I always thought that the insiders (employees) could have first access to their company's stocks too but this guy really wants to get some shares before the general public and they're telling him he can't get them - he has to wait! He's been at this HSBC for about 4 years now. I'd really like to know why because I think this stock will go sky high and he's going to be left out! Of course he's very upset about it. Doesn't sound like good employer-employee relations to me. NW
