<<Mike, what with the product lineup, rumors of potential spinoffs, valuation levels, and market strength, it is hard to imagine that such a move, if one occurs, could be any way but up.....>>

Oh, I can imagine it all right. We have already risen 50% in the last month and 150% in the last 4 months. This quarter their expenses are high due to the NAC warrants ($1 million) and expenses ($1.5 million per last CC) for the new foundry. Their newest products won't be generating much if any revenue this quarter either. They also said there would be further R&D growth.

If their quarter is mediocre due to these expenses, and they are non-committal on the spinoffs, or if further progress on GMs isn't substantial, we could have a short term dip - but IMO only short term.

If I were them, I would have some kind of announcement pre-earnings so I could talk about it in the CC. I noticed they mention a new product line on the Nbase-Xyplex site (Out of Band Management) but there has been no press release yet. They have not replied to my E-Mail asking why there is no Press Release either.

Today was the second straight day where the high, the low and the close were all higher. That is bullish, I think, even though I don't expect it again tomorrow.
