Its still in their best interest to get the stock price higher. Since the price has been going down, I assume they have been issuing paper to raise capital/pay-off debts/services. (the new shares you mentioned) At some point they will stop. The leaderships shares aren't worth much at this price either. So, if the new paper issuance has now stopped I would expect a steady stream of news releases. I haven't bought any either, but this may be a opportunity if there done. At the current stock price the P/E will be about 1 at the end of the year. Just waiting to see if the buyer the last 2 days decideds to dump. If not, more news is on the way. (my opinion)
