Gator...you say: And though, earnings may be late, they may be hoping for the NASDAQ news at the end of the month, to coincide with their release... I can only say that the earnings are not late. They were never promised to be released by today. Mr Dohlen only said that we could see results of the audit "as early as" mid-July. Later he said in the wallstreet.com interview that it might be "a few days". The fact that people have assigned July 15th to his comments does not change them nor make the earnings "late". Just MHO
