I'm afraid I don t understand your reasoning, but man would I love to be wrong about this one. Can you explain why you feel we'll get NTOP shares after the IPO? TIA

normally i would not ask this type of question, but since you answered the question you felt idtc would at some point spin off shares, would you indulge us with the type of scenario for idtc to spin off shares of ntop to idtc shareholders?

if your not willing to give us a scenario, can we take guesses? like a game of 20 questions?

*** TO ALL regarding Herb Greenberg:***

Having read HG for years when he was with the SF Chronicle, I've never been that impressed with his journalistic skills and have often questioned his objectivity and agenda. Nevertheless, every now and then, he does manage to nail something correctly. Thus, every IDTC long (like myself) owes it to at least consider his points.

I've just come on board recently, and of course the 7/14 HG article has nothing of substance.

Can someone please summarize HG's negative points and/or link to prior articles/postings that detail his negative points? I apologize if this has been discussed at length in the past. Just point me to the time frame, and I'll dig up the postings. Thanks!
