Be careful about this type of judgement. Interliant did not price at the top of its range either. Last week it priced at $10 and today it's almost $23!

I don't know what others think but I like it,the pricing might have something to do with the number of issues coming out.About 2 months ago PLXT was priced at $9.00,nobody wanted it,it wasn't even dot.com but today it is trading at the high end of $30.00s,there are other examples as well.On the other hand there were a few others priced at the very high end (after increasing the price range couple of times) doing poorly below the offer price,so all I am saying is it is hard to predict how a particular issue will fair.(other examples are Stamp.com,U.S Search etc)
