Joe,
Is your update based on any new conversations with the company, or some other fresh information? I got the impression that the company had backed away from the debt to equity plan and believed that they would have the cash flow to make the August payment. Can't argue with your #2 statement, in this gold share market they will have a hard time finding a buyer willing to pay more than the amount of the outstanding debt.
