Grayhairs, as you say, the Hilton folks do make it very difficult for us to get an accurate idea of just what they have. Since I couldn't find many significant documents, I was just assuming for myself that their APO %age was around 10.5%.
If your numbers are correct, (I don't see the EJ guys challenging you here, so I suspect they are correct) then you are right in that this is much more than the "hair splitting" that I suggested.
Thanks for sharing your extensive DD with us.

I do, however, stand by my statement that the APO figures are just a very rough guideline at this stage in the game.
We are dealing with a group of JV stocks that carry a lot of emotion with them.
For instance, Check believes that ELK represents the best deal, Bearcatbob believes WML is the best deal, I think you are coming around to believing that KOB is the front-runner (my assumption) and I still believe that HTP and KOB are about even WRT the best upside from ELH. I side with Bearcatbob right now, in thinking that WML offers the best risk/reward of all the JVs, for those that don't believe 100% in the play (how much lower can it go!!!?).

Even if we had a 100% accurate "impact analysis table", I don't believe that the stocks would trade in perfect harmony with the numbers shown, which is why I think the EJ table still serves a useful purpose (HTP overstatement aside).

I hope my point is understood. It is a difficult one to put into words.

Have a great day GH.
I see sunny breaks out there.
A light breeze and our fairways won't be so squishy soon.
