OGPS This doesn't involve the NASA-engineered APS technology which Pannstar is rumored to be willing to provide a $35M financing for. If that came through we're in double-digits IMO. I can't see the price being this low for long. IMO it is the time to be accumulating. However, do your own due diligence. I'm not an industry professional or qualified to make investment recommendations. I just like this story and think it will pay off. That is another point I failed to mention in my previous post. Imagine a penny stock involved with NASA and involved the Mars mission. Absolutely amazing .
